Leaders also need reporting that connects the rollout to service outcomes such as turnaround time, accuracy, response quality, or reduced manual effort. When adoption is planned deliberately, resistance drops and the system becomes easier to sustain.

That creates early wins and a stable platform for deeper automation later on. The goal is not to add more software for the sake of innovation.
